TL;DR: All Submissions remain the intellectual property of the individuals or teams that create them. CDTM does not claim ownership of any intellectual property developed during the Event, except as stated herein.
By participating, you grant CDTM and its partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable license to use Submission-related information for promotional and marketing purposes.
Participants acknowledge that the Event may be recorded and agree to allow CDTM to use their work for promotional purposes without compensation.

CDTM Hacks is a hackathon event bringing together developers, designers, and entrepreneurs, organized by the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM).
In these Terms and Conditions ("Terms" or "Agreement"), "CDTM Hacks" or "we" refers to the CDTM entity organizing the event.
In this Agreement, "Event" refers to CDTM Hacks or any other hackathon, competition, or speaker event organized by CDTM that you apply to participate in, purchase a ticket for, or otherwise register for.
In this Agreement, "CDTM Site(s)" refers to any website or platform owned and operated by CDTM for the purposes of organizing the Event, including but not limited to application forms, project submission, and other services related to the Event.
In this Agreement, "Platform Account" refers to the individual user account of an applicant or participant of an Event, located on a CDTM Site. The Platform Account may include the application form, project submissions, and team collaboration tools.
By applying to participate in, purchasing a ticket for, or otherwise registering for the Event on a CDTM Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. A person who has been accepted to, purchased a ticket for, or otherwise registered for the Event is considered a Participant.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you, i.e., the applicant or participant of an Event or a user of any of the CDTM Sites ("Participant" or "you"), and CDTM.

These Terms may be modified by CDTM from time to time. It is the Participant’s responsibility to periodically check these Terms for updates. Continued participation in the Event and/or use of the CDTM Sites implies acceptance of any changes.
You may apply to the Event by registering a Platform Account and filling out an application form during the relevant application period. Alternatively, applications may be collected via a third-party service during the application period.
When applying, you shall provide accurate and complete registration and other information as requested by CDTM.
You are responsible for preventing unauthorized access to your Platform Account. If unauthorized access is suspected, you must notify CDTM immediately.
If you register or apply on behalf of a team or entity, you confirm that each member accepts these Terms and that you have the right to represent them.
