Program Structure


The compact week course combines external input with engaging discussions and hands on interdisciplinary work. Each semester we choose a new theme for innovation.

Beyond the Horizon

The course this semester will push students to look beyond their usual horizons both literally (with SDGs such as Life Below Water) and figuratively (with globally oriented SDGs such as Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). Prepare to tackle challenges in areas you may not already be so familiar with.

Previous Classes


So far two batches of students (42 students) have completed the InnoLabs course, coming from TUM, LMU, University of Augsburg, University of St. Gallen, and Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt. graduated from the course. Students ideated in the spaces of SDGs such as Sustainable Cities and Communities, Good Health and Well-being, and Zero Hunger.

Impact InnoLabs is a Powered By CDTM course and is part of the larger ImpACTup! initiative, which is designed for students from all backgrounds, disciplines, and faculties.
